A steady space for women returning to themselves — and each other. as the collective consciousness continues to expand, we have to remember that we are who we’ve been waiting for. and to honor our role in the collective, we have to care for ourselves- we have to fill the well.

a space to connect with yourself and others x

  • 30 minute pre-recorded video or audio yoga, breathwork, or somatic movement, designed around the monthly theme.

  • Once per month, we host a communal meet-up online. We host a zoom gathering with a combination of group sharing, writing, or light movement— as following our theme. There will be recordings and replays available for those who cannot make it.

  • Our extensive list of wise women professionals and facilitators will rotate each month, exposing you to a variety of modalities and knowledge.

  • A monthly, downloadable visualization tied to each month’s theme.

  • We believe creativity is accessible to all, and we support this by tapping back into your inner child.
