Every woman is in a different season of her life — some are craving stillness and reflection, others adventure and expansion. Some need to ground… others need to create and try something new.. That’s why our retreats are intentionally organized into three pathways: Rooted, Alchemy, and Wild. Each one meets you where you are and invites you into the kind of healing that your body, spirit, and nervous system are truly asking for.

We believe the body always knows. And when we listen to those intuitive pings in our own body and mind, we make the choice best for us!

Retreat offerings:

Rooted Retreats:

A return to the body:
Rooted is for those seeking grounding, regulation, and reconnection. Through somatic practices, gentle movement, breathwork, and women’s circles, you’ll be held in a space designed to restore your nervous system and deepen your connection to self. This is about slowing down — so you can remember who you are beneath the noise.

Perfect for those who are healing, navigating transitions, burn out or anxiety, or longing to feel safe in their body again.

Alchemy Retreats:

Creativity as a portal:
Alchemy is where we turn inward and let what we find take shape through art. These retreats offer any form of creative expression intuitive painting, oil pastel sessions, storytelling, clay work, and creative writing — woven together with mindfulness and reflection. No experience is necessary, just a willingness to explore your inner world and express what’s real.

Perfect for those longing to try new things, express themselves, or longing to rediscover their inner childlike joy.

Wild Retreats:

Rewild your rhythm:
Wild invites you into nature’s pace — expansive, slow, alive. These retreats are built around adventure, challenge, and awe. Expect sunrise hikes, cold plunges, fireside reflections, and time under the stars. It’s a reclamation of your instinctual self — the version of you that knows how to listen, leap, and lead. These adventures are for those willing to step out of their comfort zone and remember the exhilaration of the natural world.

Perfect for those craving expansion, clarity, movement, and a renewed sense of aliveness.

Every level is equally valuable.

All of our retreats prioritize safety, intention, connection, and deep respect for the landscapes we move through.
