For the past seven years, we’ve hosted retreats around the globe: from the quiet mountains of Italy to sunlit beaches of Vieques: guiding women back to themselves through movement, writing, art, and community.
At the same time, we were studying the body in many ways: through painting, through observing its shapes, its stories, its memory — while also navigating our own healing journeys within yoga, breathwork, somatic release. Every year of painting, of learning, every retreat, every investment in facilitation has been a lesson in the wisdom the body holds.
The Body is the Blueprint is the manifestation of all that knowing. A brand born from lived experience, artistic practice, and a deep reverence for the body as teacher. After leaving our first brand, Ember and Solis, behind— we pay homage to the foundational years that helped build this community. Those years weren’t an end… they were the foundation. Every retreat, every workshop, every artwork became a blueprint for something bigger.
The Body is the Blueprint is the evolution of that knowing and experience. It’s not a new company replacing the old: it’s a manifestation of everything we’ve learned, a new way to bring this wisdom to more women, more fully, more deeply.
